We pour single-origin coffees from Assembly Roasters, bake pastries with our neighbours down the lane, and serve the kind of breakfast that makes you cancel your morning plans. Whether you're here to work, catch up, or simply sit — there's a seat with your name on it.

When the last cappuccino is poured, the lights drop and the bottles come out. The Copper Kettle becomes Brighton's most intimate cocktail bar — a place where bartenders know your name and your drink. We shake, stir, and smoke our way through a menu that nods to the classics while making room for something entirely our own. Open Mic Night

7:00 PM

Your stage, your rules. Sign up at the bar from 6 PM. Acoustic acts, poets, comedians — all welcome. Free entry.

Wednesday

Cocktail Masterclass

7:00 PM

Learn to make three signature cocktails with our head bartender. Includes all drinks and bar snacks. Book in advance.

Thursday

Live Acoustic Session

8:00 PM

Unplugged sets from local singer-songwriters. Candlelit tables, craft cocktails, and an atmosphere you won't want to leave.

Friday & Saturday

DJ Nights

9:00 PM

Resident and guest DJs spinning house, disco, and funk until 2 AM. The dance floor opens, the cocktails keep flowing.
